(FSC)

It is a certificate of export issued by the Regulatory Authority of Directorate general of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under Government of India for exporting the products that are not restricted or prohibited for export and are officially manufactured and freely sold in the country of its origin.

Objectives:

Medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) 1000 per product category
Food Products and supplements Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) 1000+18% GST.
General Products (non-regulated) Export Promotion Councils or Chambers of Commerce 1000+18% GST.
